About DC Fitness
Dawn Cutting, a celebrity trainer and founder of DC Fitness which started in 1997.
Teaching many different disciplines, but now specialising in Pilates and Massage Therapy. She started Pilates initially as part of her rehabilitation after a sporting accident caused her to be out of alignemnet and soon realised the benefits that came with it.
From then on, Dawn set out on a mission to share the benefits that she gained through Pilates and Massage Therapy to help others align and heal their bodies.
